Drop Inn har i år tildelt temaer til dagene der repræsenterer det bedste i Jazz.
En overflødighedshornsektion der hylder og fremhæver instrumenter, undergenrer og trends i Jazz-Danmark.
Den første fredag i vores festival program er under temaet: Funky Jazz.

FUNKWIZZ feat. Al Agami
En jazzet blanding af 70’er funk og soul kombineret med en koncertmester, der tilføjer bandet den old school hiphop-følelse.
Funkwizz blev skabt allerede i 1998. Funkwizz har spillet på mange spillesteder i Danmark gennem årene. Stengade 30, Den Grå Hal, Lades Kælder, KB18, Cph Jazzfestival for blot at nævne et par stykker.
Den nuværende konstellation består af 5 musikere, der skriver musikken, med skiftende koncertmestere og vokal, hvilket gør ingen koncert ens. Gennem årene har Funkwizz spillet med Al Agami, Kuku Agami, M.C. Einar, Per Vers, Niels HP, Jonas Winge Leisner, Clara Sofie og mange flere. Funkwizz-oplevelsen er for festfolket!

This year Drop Inn has assigned themes to the days that represent the best in Jazz.
A cornucopia section that celebrates and highlights instruments, subgenres and the trends in Jazz-Denmark.
The first Friday in our festival program is under the theme: Funky Jazz.

FUNKWIZZ feat. Al Agami
A jazzy mix of 70’s funk and soul combined with an MC, which adds to the band that old school hiphop feel.
Funkwizz was created as early as 1998. Funkwizz has played a lot of venues in Denmark over the years. Stengade 30, Den Grå Hal, Lades Kælder, KB18, Cph Jazzfestival to mention a few.

The current constellation consists of 5 musicians, writing the music, with changing MC’s and vocals, making no concert the same. Over the years Funkwizz has played with Al Agami, Kuku Agami, M.C. Einar, Per Vers, Niels HP, Jonas Winge Leisner, Clara Sofie and lots more. The Funkwizz experience is for the party people!
