The 5to8s is groove collective consisting of some of the baddest musicians, singers and rappers in the Copenhagen and Malmø area.

The band has been going strong in Copenhagen City for the last at 8 years with residencies at Ideal bar(Vega), Barbarella Cocktail bar, and Café Mandela in the heart

of Copenhagen.

Our sound is Urban(Hiphop, Soul/Neo-soul Reggae, G-funk/Funk and Pop) playing a mix of original material, covers or just creating on the spot the 5to8s are always in funk mode adding a unique flavour to whatever they touch.

The goal is too take the listener on a musical voyage, through improvisation, playful freestyle raps and soulful vocals.

Add a bit of playful interaction with the crowd, a low-key vibe, and you have that all encompassing atmosphere that makes a 5to8s live session so unique.
