During the past years Leo in the Lioncage has appeared on numerous festivals, like on the main stage of Wilwarin or Jazz Baltica, where they were performed with funk legend Nils Landgren. Their second album is being released this year, freshly recorded in Scandinavian studios and containing the typical rich variety of sounds and captivating stories.
While the band originally formed in the north of Germany, the musicians have found now themselves in the cultural capitals of Germany and northern Europe. KABALE er et upcoming band på den københavnske musikscene, der består af syv unge musikere fra hovedstaden. Deres numre er at finde i en fusion mellem jazz, pop og funk, og klangen er sammenlignelig med D’ Angelo, Amy Winehouse og Tom Misch, men også i høj grad farvet af bandmedlemmernes egen musikalske opdragelse. Bandet har lige udgivet deres første single,” Åbne Kort”, og er i fuld gang med flere projekter .
