DESCRIPTION:Entry: Free\nMr. Conroy album release concert\nMr. Conroy celebrates the release of their second album ”Left behind” on Drop Inn on Friday 17 November 2023.\nThe new album ”Left behind” contains 9 new songs and will be released on a broad variety of streaming platforms on 9 November 2023.\nThe album follows Mr. Conroy’s debut album from August 2022 which included the singles ”America”\, ”As you were” and ”The turning”. Especially ”As you were” received streaming radio and streaming attention.\nSongs from both albums will be on the setlist at the release concert.\nMr. Conroy combines noble singer-song writing with classically inspired piano\, eighties sounding synths and a swinging rock band.\nMr. Conroy is melodic\, melancholic\, and alternative pop. Melodic in the form of catchy melodies that can pass the campfire test. The music also has that special Scandinavian melancholy that ABBA\, A-ha\, and Roxette are notorious for adding to pop music. And then the music is alternative as it is uncompromising by not succumbing to the pop sound that happens to be fashionable at the time.
